Audit Your Time. What activities fill your days now? Which add to thriving? Which detract from thriving? Which are simply timewasters?
Make Thriving a Priority. Consider how you will make time to thrive and make it a priority over something else in your day. What "thriving suckers" will you drop in order to elevate thriving to a higher priority and overcome the "But I have no time" concern?
1:1 "Sucker" Time Replacement. Keep it simple. Give up just one "thriving sucker" and replace it with one thriving booster. Repeat the thrive-boosting practice for three weeks. Turn it into a new habit. Build from there
Have Self-Compassion. Take it one day at a time. If you "flunk" or are "less than your best" one day, try again another day - all your good effort is not lost. Guilt-free.
