My Stories Clearing Sheet
Write a short summary of the stories you tell yourself that no longer serve you. We often make up mental stories believing them to be truth. These stories take on a life – our life – the whining child, the partner who ignores us, the chronic aches and pains we have.
Below is an outline to surface key parts of your stories. Take a break after three stories. Use as many sheets of paper as you need.

3. Why this story is not true
4. Why it is safe to let this tory go and what fear you feel about letting it go
